1 cup brewed coffee (chilled)
3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup dark chocolate, finely chopped
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, chilled brewed coffee, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until the ice cream reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
During the final minutes of churning, sprinkle in the finely chopped dark chocolate, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
