Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
A refreshing twist with a hint of mint and crunchy chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp peppermint extract
Green food coloring (optional)
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:

Add peppermint extract to the base and churn. Mix in chocolate chips before freezing.
