Mediterranean Feta Board
Ingredients:
- 250 g feta cheese block
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup cucumber slices
- ½ cup Kalamata olives
- ¼ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Pita bread or crackers, for serving
Directions:
Place the block of feta in the center of a serving board or platter. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and red pepper flakes.
Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, Kalamata olives, and roasted red peppers around the feta.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with warm pita bread or crackers for dipping.
