Mediterranean Chicken Feta Pasta (Quick & Easy)

Ingredients:
• 8 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, etc.)
• 1 lb chicken breast, chopped
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
• 1 tsp each dried basil & oregano
• Salt & pepper
• Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta until al dente; save 1 cup of pasta water.
2. Cook chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done; set aside.
3. Sauté garlic in the same skillet (1–2 min).
4. Add tomatoes, cook until softened (2–3 min).
5. Combine chicken, pasta, pasta water, and feta. Toss well.
6. Season with herbs, salt, and pepper. Top with Parmesan if desired.
