Mediterranean Chicken Avocado Salad!
A protein-packed, fresh, and flavorful salad for any meal!
Ingredients:
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
1 ripe avocado, sliced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup cucumber, diced
¼ cup Kalamata olives
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 boiled eggs, quartered
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp sea salt
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
️ Step by Step:
1️⃣ Prepare the Base:
Arrange chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl or plate.
2️⃣ Add the Protein:
Place sliced grilled chicken and boiled eggs over the greens.
3️⃣ Layer the Veggies:
Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado slices, and olives.
4️⃣ Sprinkle with Cheese:
Crumble feta cheese evenly over the salad.
