Meatball Boats
For a long time, meatballs have been a simple and fast supper option. Though I do prefer making my own meatballs, I have occasionally purchased frozen meatballs, of course, depending on the meal I’ve selected. It’s true that readymade meatballs from your neighborhood supermarket are used in this recipe for meatball boats. This also makes it the ideal dinner on days when you don’t have much time to spare after work.

- 6 cloves garlic, minced, divided

- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Recipe for Meatball Boats Ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parsley, 3 cloves garlic, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a big basin. Form the mixture of ground beef into golf ball-sized balls. Oil should be heated in a cast iron pan or skillet over medium-high heat. The meatballs should be cooked through on all sides. After removing the meatballs from the pan, place them on a dish. Preheat the oven to 350°F, or 180°C. The soft rolls should be put on a baking pan. Using a knife, cut the tops of the rolls, then press the interior down to form a boat.
Combine the melted butter, two tablespoons of parsley, and three cloves of garlic. Apply the garlic butter to the rolls. Bake until toasted, about 5 minutes. Put two mozzarella slices inside each roll. Put a dollop of marinara over the cheese. Put three meatballs in the boat and pour extra marinara over them.
Bake until cheese is melted, about 25 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese on top.
