Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
– 4 salmon fillets
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions :
To make the maple glaze, mix together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the maple glaze generously over the salmon, making sure to coat each fillet evenly. Reserve some of the glaze for later.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it is cooked to your desired level of doneness. Brush the reserved maple glaze over the salmon halfway through the cooking process.
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve the Maple Glazed Salmon hot with your favorite sides and enjoy a delectable meal bursting with flavor!
