Mango Falooda Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes (peeled & chopped or blended into pulp)
2 tbsp falooda sev (vermicelli)
1.5 cups chilled milk
2 tbsp sugar (optional, based on mango sweetness)
1 tbsp sabja seeds (basil seeds)
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp tutti frutti
A few strands of saffron
Mango jelly cubes (optional)
Chopped mango pieces (for layering and garnish)

Steps In Making
1. Soak sabja seeds
Soak 1 tbsp sabja seeds in water for 10–15 minutes.
They will puff up and become gelatinous. Drain and keep aside.
2. Cook falooda sev
Boil 2 cups of water.
Add falooda sev and cook for 3–5 minutes until soft.
Drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside.
3. Prepare mango base
Blend 1½ mangoes with 2 tbsp sugar to make smooth pulp.
Cut the remaining ½ mango into small cubes.
4. Layer the falooda
Take a tall glass and layer in this order:
1. 1 tbsp soaked sabja seeds
2. 1 tbsp cooked falooda sev
3. 2–3 tbsp mango pulp
4. Few mango jelly cubes (optional)
5. Some chopped mangoes
6. Pour chilled milk till ¾th of the glass
7. Add 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
8. Garnish with tutti frutti, saffron strands, and more mango cubes. Serve immediately.
