Mango and Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt or almond milk
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions:
