Lobster Ravioli in a Zesty Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
1 package of lobster ravioli
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)
Instructions
1. Cook the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the lobster ravioli and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes or until they float).
Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Stir in the heavy cream and broth, and bring the mixture to a simmer.
3. Add Lemon Flavor
Add the lemon juice and zest to the sauce, stirring well.

5. Serve and Garnish
Plate the ravioli and sauce.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
