️ Loaded Chicken Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (about 10 oz) tortilla chips
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup salsa or enchilada sauce
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper

Optional toppings:

  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Jalapeños
  • Green onions
  • Cilantro

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Layer nachos:

Spread half the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish.

Layer with half the chicken, cheese, salsa, and veggies.

Repeat with remaining chips, chicken, cheese, salsa, olives, and peppers.

Bake:

Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish & serve:

Remove from oven and top with sour cream, guacamole, green onions, jalapeños, or anything you love.

Serve immediately while hot and crispy!
