Lemon Garlic Hummus Plate
Ingredients:
- 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
For serving:
- Sliced cucumbers
- Cherry tomatoes
- Carrot sticks
- Pita bread
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water if needed to reach desired consistency.
Transfer the hummus to a serving plate.
Arrange sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, and pita bread around the hummus.
Serve and enjoy!

Tips:
