Directions:
Step 1: Blend Ingredients
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, chopped kiwis, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Freeze
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or silicone molds. Freeze for at least 2–3 hours until firm.
Step 3: Serve
Scoop into bowls or serve directly from molds. Enjoy as a refreshing, fruity, protein-packed dessert.
Tips:
For a softer texture, stir the sorbet every 30 minutes while freezing.
Use frozen kiwi for a thicker, instantly chilled sorbet.
