‍ Instructions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Sear in hot olive oil or butter until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then pour in broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer to reduce slightly. Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over the top. Finish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
