Ingredients
300 g quark (low-fat quark)
250 g pudding, cream vanilla, 10% (1 cup)
1 can of tangerine(s)
preparation
First the quark and vanilla pudding are mixed with the juice of the tangerines until creamy.
Then carefully fold in the fruits (possibly keeping some for decoration). Decorate if necessary and refrigerate until ready to eat.
It also tastes delicious with other canned fruits or simply with multivitamin juice (100-150 ml).
By multiplying the ingredients, it makes a great dessert for many people.
Due to the few% fat in the low-fat quark, the recipe is also quite low in fat, despite the cream pudding. Bon appetit
