Impossible Quiche

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup chopped onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Grease a pie dish.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Gradually add self-raising flour, mixing well to avoid lumps. Stir in cheese, ham, and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish, spreading evenly.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden and the quiche is set.
Cool and Serve: Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
