Ingredients
For the Rice:
- 1 cup of rice

- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 cups boiling water

Preparation Method
Preparing the Rice:
- Wash the rice well until the water runs clear.
- Brown the rice : In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the rice until lightly browned.
- Cooking : Add boiling water and salt, cover the pan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the water is completely absorbed.
