Hot Honey Tomato Ricotta Dip

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp hot honey (or honey + chili flakes)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish
  • Crusty bread or pita chips, for serving

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking dish and roast for 15–20 minutes until blistered.

Spread ricotta in a shallow serving dish.

Spoon roasted tomatoes over ricotta. Drizzle generously with hot honey.

Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm with crusty bread or pita chips.
