Homemade Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Biscuit Dough:
Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin to form a small round.
Stuff with Cheese:
Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
Carefully fold the dough around the cheese to form a ball, pinching the edges to seal the cheese inside.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
Stir in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the Cheese Bombs:
Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls in the prepared baking dish.
Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each cheese bomb, making sure to coat them well.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes or until the cheese bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
Once baked, serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
