Homemade Garlic Butter Cheese Balls

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil. Mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Roll each cheese ball in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate the cheese balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic.
Brush each cheese ball with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese balls are golden and crispy.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
