Homemade Espresso Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients:
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup whole milk
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
Directions:
1. Grab a bowl and whisk together all your ingredients until they blend into a smooth and creamy mixture.
2. Once you’re satisfied with the texture, pour it into your ice cream maker and churn it for about 25 minutes, or until it reaches that irresistible soft-serve consistency.
