3 ripe bananas

200 ml of milk

200 ml of liquid cream (or semi-thick cream)

50 g of brown sugar (adjust to taste based on the ripeness of the bananas)

Preparation:

Cut the bananas into slices.

Place the banana slices in a blender. Add the cream, milk, and sugar.

Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the sugar if needed.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
