  • 4 chicken cutlets (thinly sliced chicken breasts)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella (cubed or pearl-sized)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves (torn or chopped)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional, for drizzle)

Instructions

 

1. Prepare the Breaded Chicken:

 

1. Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.

 

2. Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes:

 

Dish 1: Flour.

 

Dish 2: Beaten eggs.

 

Dish 3: Breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
