Healthy Sautéed Spinach and Carrots Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 cups fresh spinach, washed and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
Heat the Oil:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Sauté the Carrots:
Add the sliced carrots to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots begin to soften but are still slightly crisp.
Add Garlic:
