Healthy Peach Mango Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large pitted peach
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1–2 leaves of fresh mint (optional)

  • To a high-speed blender, add the frozen fruit first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  • Make sure the chia seeds are added last.
