Healthy Chicken Broccoli Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cups steamed broccoli
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt or low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix chicken, broccoli, yogurt, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Pour into baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 20–25 min until bubbly and golden.
