Grilled Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Lemon juice (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Remove leaves and slice cauliflower into ¾–1 inch thick steaks.

2. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Brush both sides of steaks with the oil mixture.

4. Grill over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until tender and charred.

5. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
