Greek Tuna Souvlaki Bowls (Quick Version)
Ingredients:
Tuna Marinade:
- 1 lb tuna (cubed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp oregano, salt & pepper
Garlic Sauce:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil, salt & pepper
Bowl Add-ins:
2 cups cooked rice (or couscous)
Cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, feta

Instructions:
1. Marinate tuna in oil, lemon, garlic, and spices (20 min).
2. Grill or broil on skewers for 6–8 mins.
3. Mix sauce ingredients.
4. Assemble bowls with rice, veggies, feta, and tuna.
5. Drizzle sauce and serve!
