Ingredients:

¼ cup goji berries (soaked in warm water for 10 min)

1 small orange (peeled & segmented)

½ cup carrot juice (or 1 small carrot, chopped)

½ cup strawberries (or mixed berries)

½ banana (for creaminess)

1 cup coconut water or almond milk

1 tbsp flaxseeds or chia seeds (for omega-3s & fiber)

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

½ cup ice (for a refreshing chill)
Instructions:

Soak goji berries in warm water for 10 minutes to soften.


Add all ingredients to a blender.


Blend until silky smooth.
