Ingredients:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup whole milk
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp dried oregano (optional)
Instructions:
Sauté the Garlic:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
