Garlic Lemon Sautéed Broccoli

A quick, flavorful side dish with tender-crisp broccoli, sautéed in garlic and finished with fresh lemon juice. Perfect to pair with any main course.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add broccoli florets, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.

Finish with lemon juice and optional red pepper flakes. Serve immediately.
