Garlic Herb Grilled Giant Prawns – Quick Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 giant prawns (shell on, split),
- 3 tbsp olive oil,
- 4 tbsp melted butter,
- 4 garlic cloves (minced),
- 1 tbsp lemon juice,
- 1 tsp zest,
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley,
- 1 tsp Italian herbs, salt & pepper, lemon wedges.
Instructions:
1. Prep Prawns: Rinse, dry, and split prawns down the back, removing the vein.
2. Make Butter Mix: Combine butter, oil, garlic, lemon juice/zest, parsley, herbs, salt & pepper.
3. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush prawns with butter mix. Grill shell-side down 4–5 mins, then flip for 2–3 mins until opaque. Baste while grilling.
4. Serve: Plate prawns, drizzle remaining butter, garnish with herbs and lemon wedges.
