Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients:

1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the Steak:
Pat dry the steak cubes with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Season the steak generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
Add the steak cubes in a single layer to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan (cook in batches if necessary).
Sear the steak cubes for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked to your desired doneness (medium-rare to medium is recommended for tenderness).
Remove the steak cubes from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and minced garlic. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant and slightly golden.
Combine and Finish:
Add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce. Stir well to combine.
Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce until they are evenly coated.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added freshness and color.
Serve Warm:
Serve the Garlic Butter Steak Bites immediately while warm as a delicious appetizer or main course. They pair well with rice, potatoes, or a fresh salad.
Enjoy these Garlic Butter Steak Bites as a savory and satisfying dish that’s packed with flavor from the garlic butter sauce and tender steak bites!
