A hearty and flavorful dish featuring juicy sausage bites seared in garlic butter, paired with a rich and creamy Parmesan pasta. Perfect for a cozy dinner that’s quick, satisfying, and packed with flavor! 



Ingredients:
For the Sausage Bites:
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
12 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your favorite)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ cup pasta water (reserved)
Instructions:
Cook the Sausage Bites:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter, then add the sliced sausage. Sear until golden brown on both sides. Stir in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for another minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Pasta:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Add the grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper, stirring until the sauce thickens. If needed, add reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
Combine Everything:
Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy Parmesan sauce until well coated. Add the garlic butter sausage bites on top and stir gently to combine.
Serve & Enjoy:
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy this comforting, garlicky, cheesy goodness!
