Garlic broccoli stir fry
Ingredients:
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-2 red chilies, sliced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 1-2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and red chilies (if using) and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until they are crisp-tender.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), salt, and pepper, and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the broccoli is well-coated.
Serve hot.
