Fresh Cucumber Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and diced

  • 240 ml fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)

  • 120 ml honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 liter cold water

  • Ice cubes

  • Lemon and cucumber slices (for garnish)


Preparation..

  1. Puree the cucumbers in a blender until smooth.

  2. Strain the cucumber puree through a fine sieve into a carafe.

  3. Add lemon juice and honey (or sugar), then mix well.

  4. Pour in cold water and stir to combine.

  5. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and cucumber rounds.
