Fresh Chickpea Salad
- Chickpeas (cooked or canned, drained)
- Cucumber chunks
- Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Red onion (diced)
- Feta cheese cubes
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
Steps:
1️⃣ Wash and chop cucumbers , cherry tomatoes , and red onion .
2️⃣ In a large bowl , add chickpeas , cucumbers , tomatoes , onion , and feta .
3️⃣ Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
4️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice .
5️⃣ Season with salt & pepper , toss gently, and serve chilled ✨
