1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup cottage cheese
1 large egg

Instructions:
1. Mix the Dough
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese and egg until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the wet mixture until a dough forms.
2. Shape Bagels
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each into a ball, then poke a hole in the center to form a bagel shape.
