Everything Bagel Mini Egg & Cottage Cheese Cups 
– High-Protein, Low-Carb Breakfast Hack

Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
6 large eggs
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Pinch of salt & black pepper
Optional Topping:
Extra sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning before baking



Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line a muffin tin.
Step 2: Blend Base
Whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Step 3: Fill & Top
Pour the mixture evenly into muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full. Sprinkle tops with everything bagel seasoning.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 18–20 minutes, until puffed and set in the center.
Step 5: Cool & Enjoy
Let cool slightly before removing. Serve warm or store in the fridge for grab-and-go breakfasts.
