Ingredients
– 1 banana madura
– 1 apple
– 1/2 cup of oats
– 1 cup of milk (or vegetable milk)
– 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
– Ice to taste
Preparation Mode
1. Put your banana, apple and oats in blender
2. Add milk and honey if you wish.
3. Beat everything until it becomes homogeneous.
4. Add ice and beat again until creamy.
5. Pour in a cup and enjoy your smoothie!
