Easy Oven Baked Lamb Chops – A Flavorful, Quick, and Simple Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 Lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4–5 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 3 tablespoon Hot sauce
- 2 teaspoon Fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon Fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- Add all the ingredients except the lamb chops in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the lamb chops to the marinade and generously coat them very well.
- Let it marinate for about 30 minutes; the longer it marinates, the better.
- Transfer the lamb to a baking dish or sheet and put it in the oven.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the internal temperature reads 135℉.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
