  • 4 lemons (juice, strained)
  • 395 grams (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 grams (7 oz) heavy cream

Syrup:

  • 200 grams (7 oz) white chocolate
  • 200 grams (7 oz) heavy cream
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Instructions:

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, pausing every 30 seconds to stir until fully melted and creamy.

Add the heavy cream and stir until the sauce is smooth and uniform.

Pour the sauce into a mold or dish and place it in the freezer to firm up.

Lemon Ice Cream:

In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Blend until a thick, consistent cream forms. Gently fold in the lemon zest.

Assembly:

Remove the mold with the frozen chocolate sauce from the freezer. Pour the lemon ice cream mixture over the sauce, spreading it evenly and smoothing the surface.

Place the dish back in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, to freeze completely.
