Easy Cheesy Pizza Pockets (Makes 6)
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg refrigerated pizza dough (13 oz)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup pizza sauce (+ extra for dipping)
- ½ cup pepperoni or sausage (optional)
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Flour (for rolling)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C); line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Roll dough to ¼” thick. Cut into 4–6 squares.
3. Add sauce, cheese & toppings to center. Sprinkle oregano.
4. Fold into pockets, seal edges with fork, brush with egg.
5. Bake 15–18 mins, until golden.
6. Cool slightly & serve with extra sauce.
