Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and bicarbonate of soda using a fork to ensure even distribution.
2. Incorporate the Butter:
Grate the cold butter directly into the dry ingredients using a kitchen grater.

3. Chill the Mixture:
