Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
Ingredients:
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup whole milk
– 1 cup dulce de leche
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, dulce de leche, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Once it’s reached a soft-serve consistency, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container.
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
5. Scoop and serve, drizzling extra dulce de leche on top if desired.
