For the Cookie Dough:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar, packed
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips
For the Ice Cream Base:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chopped Snickers bars
½ cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Make the Cookie Dough:
In a bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the milk and vanilla extract, then mix in the flour and salt. Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into small balls and set aside.
Prepare the Ice Cream Base:
In a large bowl, whisk the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
Combine Ingredients:
Gently fold in the chopped Snickers and Reese’s pieces, along with the cookie dough balls.
Freeze:
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.
