Crustless Pizza Bowl (High-Protein & Low-Carb)

Ingredients (for 2 bowls):

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (low-sugar)
  • 6 slices pepperoni or turkey pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup cooked ground sausage or ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

In each ramekin or small oven-safe bowl:

Spread 2–3 tbsp marinara sauce

Layer with mozzarella cheese

Add 3 pepperoni slices + some cooked sausage

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until bubbly and golden

Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a crispy cheese top

Let cool slightly & enjoy with a fork!
