Crispy Chicken & Egg Salad Bowl

with Banana & Greens

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast (pan-seared, sliced)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs (sliced)
  • 1 ripe banana (halved)
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 3–4 cherry tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, herbs to taste
  • ½ tsp olive oil (optional)

Steps:

1. Cook chicken – Season, pan-sear 5–6 mins per side, slice.

2. Boil eggs – 9–10 mins, cool, peel, slice.

3. Assemble – Layer greens, banana, chicken, eggs, tomatoes.

4. Finish – Add herbs, seasoning, and olive oil if desired.
