Crispy, Cheesy Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls (Quick Version)
Ingredients:
- 1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 6 slices provolone cheese, chopped (or Cheez Whiz)
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 1 egg (for sealing)
- Oil (for frying)

Quick Instructions:
1. Cook steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
2. Sauté onions & peppers until soft.
3. Mix steak, veggies & cheese together.
4. Fill wrappers: 2–3 tbsp filling, roll tight, seal with egg wash.
5. Fry at 350°F for 3–4 mins until golden & crispy.
