Creamy Garlic Herb Chicken with Crispy Fries

Ingredients
For the Chicken:
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 tbsp olive oil 

2 cloves garlic
, minced

1 cup heavy cream 

1 tsp dried Italian herbs 

1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Fries:
2 large potatoes
, cut into fries (or frozen fries)

Instructions
Prepare Fries: Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Toss potato fries with olive oil and salt. Bake for 20–25 min until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add diced chicken, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
Make Sauce: Add garlic and Italian herbs, cook for 1 min. Pour in cream, stir, and let simmer for 5–6 min until thickened.
Serve: Plate chicken with creamy sauce, sprinkle parsley, and serve with crispy fries.
Notes & Variations
Add mushrooms for more flavor.
Use sweet potato fries for a healthier twist.
Replace cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free option
